We do not provide free demo designs. Logo design is a creative and time-intensive process involving concept development, research and detailing. Work begins strictly after project confirmation. You can review our portfolio for genuine delivered samples.
We follow a 5-step process: 1. Consultation to understand your brand vision, 2. Industry & competitor research, 3. Initial concept creation, 4. Feedback & iterative refinement, 5. Final master file delivery.
The number of initial concepts depends on your selected package: Basic (2), Standard (3), Premium (4), Platinum (5), and Diamond (6) distinct initial design directions.
Yes, absolutely. You can share your ideas, references, preferred colors, symbols, typography, or rough sketches on WhatsApp. We use your inputs as conceptual direction while engineering a 100% original, copyright-free design.
You receive editable master files (AI, PSD, CDR, EPS), digital formats (PNG transparent, JPG, WEBP, SVG), and print-ready PDF. These scale infinitely for everything from app icons to large hoardings.
Yes. Once the project is fully paid, complete commercial copyright ownership of the final design is transferred to you. You can use it anywhere — online, offline, in print, or digital — forever.
Our packages start from ₹599 and include Basic, Standard, Premium, Platinum and Diamond — each with different concepts, revisions, and deliverables to match your business needs.
We work on a transparent 50/50 split: 50% advance to initiate the design, and the remaining 50% after you approve the final artwork. Every package clearly mentions its advance amount and remaining structure.
Yes. If you want more concepts, revisions, or additional deliverables, you can upgrade your package before final delivery by paying only the difference amount.
No. Our pricing is 100% transparent — you pay exactly what is mentioned in the package. There are no setup fees, no hidden charges, and no forced upsells.
Advance payments cover the design work hours. If we haven't started the design work, partial refund can be discussed. Once design work begins, the advance is non-refundable as it covers time and creative effort.
Yes. A digital invoice/receipt is provided for every payment received. This can be used for your business accounting and records.
Revision limits depend on your selected package. Basic includes 4 revisions, Standard 6, while Premium, Platinum and Diamond include Unlimited Revisions for corrections until you're satisfied.

Standard delivery is generally within 2–3 working days, depending on the package and project complexity. Priority delivery can be arranged on request.
Yes. Source files (AI, PSD, CDR, EPS) are included according to the package selected. Final delivery includes all formats mentioned in the package details.
Yes. Every design is prepared keeping both digital (websites, apps, social media) and print (cards, banners, hoardings) use in mind, with the required formats provided.
Final files are delivered via Google Drive, WhatsApp or Email — whichever is convenient for you. Files remain accessible for future download.
Yes. We can redraw, resize, or adapt an existing logo into vector formats, or create additional variations (light/dark versions, mono, icon-only) for various uses.
Yes. Higher packages include social media branding assets like profile images, cover designs, post templates and story graphics to maintain a consistent brand identity across platforms.
WhatsApp messages are usually answered within minutes during business hours. Email replies typically within 24 hours. We aim for instant, human communication at all times.
Post-delivery support is available on a paid basis. Any future changes, additional exports, format conversions, or new variations requested after project completion are handled as separate paid tasks. Free support is not included in the package after final delivery.
Absolutely. All project details, brand information, and files are treated as strictly confidential. We never share client data or work with third parties without permission.
Only with your permission. We respect client privacy — if you prefer your design not to be shared publicly, we fully honor that. Many clients do allow it for showcase purposes.
